I love the easy to follow directions. Easy and delicious the title says it all! I like to cook but am a bit intimidated with complex recipies. Following the directions in these dynamic cookbooks make me feel like I have a Gourmet Chef in the kitchen with me walking me through what becomes simple recepies producing spectacular results! my favorite recipe in this wonderful book of desserts is the white chocolate and lemon tart. It is the most delicious tart I have ever eaten and I plan to make it often!

This Volume excites me a lot. I am reading through the list of recipes and it all sounds so tasty. I love that there is so much variety in the book where you can play around with different doughs, crusts and sauces to pair with any dessert to create your own little piece of art at home. Well done Denise. Please keep them coming!
Another great addition to the chocolate collection. Once again, Denise puts her heart and soul into all the recipes. The recipes are clear and the directions easy to follow. The recipes can be used for home or in a professional setting.
I used your Pecan Pastry dough recipe for a strawberry pie I am serving to guests this weekend. It looks great and I can't wait to hear their comments. I've not had much success with pie crusts in the past but this one worked great. Thank you!
Simply put-PERFECTION! I have now made the best dessert I have ever tasted thanks to this book! Each recipe is so clear and concise, not to mention delectable! Every bit of advice and instruction is available in the Chefs Tips, and nothing is overlooked. I love how you can switch up all the recipes with the 'What else can you do with this recipe'- it gives immense variety and creativity. This book and the others in this series are a treasure and something to brag about to everyone!
